SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday. Our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 5-7 days on the West Coast via USPS. For international orders please note that we are not responsible for customs fees when you receive your item. Orders can not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at Quannyluxuryglam@yahoo.com The item you wish to exchange must be in the same condition as you received it (in its original packaging), still sealed and unopened. When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. Please DO NOT return any items without contacting us first. So we can provide you with a return address.

Please note we only offer store credit for orders that have been processed and shipped. To receive credit for your exchange, the hair must be in the same condition as when you received it. For more information, please email us at QuannyLuxuryGlam@yahoo.com

DELAYED ORDERS: In the case of delayed processing, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status, then you can email us with the tracking number and order number so we can look further into it. Shipping provider's delays do not fall under the seller’s liability.

CANCELLATIONS: After an order is submitted, and processing begins the order can not be canceled, If you have any questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

DAMAGED ORDERS: Quanny's Luxury Glam is not liable for any lost or damaged packages after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
