BOOKING POLICY
Frontal wig installs include shampoo, deep conditioning treatment (THIS PART OF THE SERVICE IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE UNTIL I AM UP AND RUNNING IN A SHOP) braid down , cap melt, and install. Wand curls and Crimps are additional. New wigs only under this service. Wigs can be purchased on our website.
Once your appointment is booked, please select a date and time at least 48-72 hours before your appointment to drop off your wig if it is not from our collection, as to give the stylist time to prepare your wig.

DEPOSITS: All appointments require a Non-Refundable deposit of 50% of your service. Deposits are only good for ONE reschedule with notice. Deposits CAN NOT be transferred from one appointment to another if the appointment.
SCREENING: ALL appointments are screened, anyone who has violated the policies will be refunded and your appointment will be cancelled
CANCELLATIONS: Please try to cancel 48 hours before your appointment, If appointments are canceled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment , your deposit will not be refunded and a new booking fee will apply. Please contact me ASAP for last minute emergency cancellations to find the best solution for both client and stylist.
LATE FEE: If you are running late please call/text. There is a 10 min. grace period. After 10 mins. you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 20 mins. your appointment will be canceled. If you need to reschedule your appointment please do so within 24 hours of your appointment via text, there will be only ONE courtesy rescheduling. Same day reschedules will be cancelled and you will have to re-book.
NO CALL NO SHOW: Will result in NO REFUND on deposit and your card on file will be charged the remaining amount, and you will not be allowed to book again.
SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS: This service is an ADDITIONAL $40.00 fee with your original service pricing, Any appointment made 24 hours before the appointment time requires this fee.
This fee is NON-NEGOTIABLE so please book accordingly.
